School of Criminal Law and Military Law
In an era where the lines between economic stability and national security have blurred, the role of legal scholarship must evolve from traditional interpretation to strategic defence. At the School of Criminal Law and Military Law (SCLML), we are architecting a 'Knowledge Shield designed to safeguard India’s sovereign interests against the multifaceted threats of the 21st century.
Criminal law and military law are no longer siloed disciplines; they are the bedrock upon which our national internal stability rests. Our mission is to equip the next generation of security professionals, legal experts, and policymakers with the analytical depth to navigate the convergence of legal foundations and contemporary issues including but not limited to organized crime, transnational trafficking, and illicit financial flows. By integrating traditional legal education with issues of national security and risks emerging from frontier technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Digital Assets, SCLML is redefining the criminal justice ecosystem. Our collaborations with national agencies and international strategic partners ensure that our students and researchers are at the forefront of global regulatory diplomacy and internal security operations.
We invite you to join us in this mission of national service, where we strive to ensure that the rule of law remains our most resilient asset in the pursuit of a secure and prosperous world.
