Leading Excellence in Anti-Human Trafficking

The National Resource Centre on Anti Human Trafficking (NRCHT) launched on 26 February, 2021 at Rashtriya Raksha University, An Institution of National Importance as notified by Union Home Ministry, Government of India. The Resource Centre on Human Trafficking has been established with Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India Police Foundation (IPF) and University is a great chapter in the anti-human trafficking history of India and the world. This centre is a world's first resource centre on all matters relating to human trafficking and response of human trafficking including preventing and combating trafficking. The Centre is a repository of all data, details, resources materials, tools, knowledge products etc on the subject as well as the source of dissemination and utilization of these materials, besides undertaking the up-gradation of the same from time to time. Dr. P.M. Nair (IPS), internationally acclaimed expert is the source, inspiration and facilitator of this Centre. Dr. Shahanshah Gulpham is currently serving as the founding Nodal Officer of NRCHT.
