Prof. (Dr.) K.H.Wandra is currently as Pro Vice Chancellor at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Managing Director at the Security and Scientific Technical Research Association (SASTRA-RRU), and Director of the esteemed Atal Innovation Centre (AIU RRU)—an Institution of National Importance located in Lavad–Dehgam, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. With a remarkable career spanning over three decades, Dr. Wandra previously served as Pro Vice Chancellor at Gokul Global University, Sidhpur, Gujarat. His illustrious academic journey also includes key leadership roles as Director of Administration and Professor at Babaria Institute of Technology, Vadodara; Dean of the Faculty of Technology & Engineering at C.U. Shah University; Principal and Professor of Computer Engineering at C.U. Shah College of Engineering & Technology, Wadhwan City; and Director of Gujarat Maritime Board Polytechnic, Rajula. Dr. Wandra possesses extensive teaching and research experience—more than 26 years in undergraduate and 13 years in postgraduate education (MCA and M.Tech). A prolific author, he has published over 11 books and is highly regarded for his significant contributions in Computer Science and Information Technology. His scholarly achievements include 76 international and 25 national research papers, with an impressive h-index of 9 and over 232 citations. Notably, he has successfully guided 11 PhD scholars, with seven more currently pursuing doctoral research under his mentorship. He has supervised over 43 postgraduate dissertations and more than 255 undergraduate projects. An experienced and respected figure in the academic accreditation arena, Dr. Wandra has effectively served as Chairman, Member Coordinator, and Peer Team Member for numerous NAAC evaluations nationwide. His leadership was particularly impactful at C.U. Shah University, where he successfully coordinated the critical UGC 2F inspection, achieving commendable outcomes through strategic management and collaborative teamwork. Globally recognized as an expert speaker, Dr. Wandra has delivered over 35 impactful webinars internationally, addressing contemporary and crucial topics such as Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, IoT, Wireless Communication, Mental Wellness, Happiness & Stress Management, educational innovations for the 21st century, and technological advancements driving sustainable societal growth. Dr. Wandra actively contributes to academic excellence as a reviewer and editorial board member for leading international journals and conferences. In addition, Dr. Wandra has played pivotal roles in curriculum development as Chairman of the Board of Studies for Computer Engineering at Saurashtra University, Rajkot, and as a Core Committee Member for syllabus formulation at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad.
