School of NCC and Police Martial Music Band

Rashtriya Raksha University is proud to announce the establishment of the School of NCC and Police Martial Music Band—India’s first academic institution dedicated exclusively to the professional education and training in martial music for personnel from the police, paramilitary forces, and the National Cadet Corps (NCC). This pioneering initiative is deeply inspired by the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, who has consistently emphasised the importance of preserving and promoting India’s rich cultural and musical heritage. The School aims to revitalise and indigenise ceremonial music traditions, integrating Indian cultural elements with contemporary teaching methodologies. Our core objective is to nurture a distinct musical identity that embodies the discipline, unity, and pride of India’s uniformed services. Through structured academic programs and rigorous practical training, the School endeavours to cultivate a generation of musicians who can represent the spirit of national service and cultural excellence. We invite all individuals and institutions that share this vision to join us in reinforcing India’s cultural foundations through the transformative power of music. The School currently offers a variety of academic and training programs, including refresher courses, certificate programs, and diploma courses.
