About Mr. R C Desai

Mr. R.C. Desai is a highly accomplished and dedicated security professional with over 23 years of exemplary service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. He holds a Graduate Degree in Sociology from Gujarat University. With extensive experience in safeguarding critical assets, personnel, and infrastructure, he has served in key locations across India, including the Training Center Chennai, Adilabad Coal Mines, Visakhapatnam Port, Ahmedabad ISRO, IOC/GAIL Vadodara, and Trivandrum Airport. Renowned for his expertise in conducting security operations, access control management, and compliance with industry standards, he has successfully liaised with government offices and institutions to ensure operational excellence. A specialist in training and development, he is adept at enhancing security awareness through comprehensive programs. He has actively participated in various CISF extension activities and represented CISF 03 times, being part of the marching contingent on Republic Day Parade, New Delhi.
