About Dr. Utsav Chaware

Dr. Utsav Chaware serves as the Assistant Professor in the School of Physical Education and Sports and the Director of the Bharat Centre of Olympic Research and Education (BCORE), India’s first Olympic centre recognized by the IOC Studies Centre, at Rashtriya Raksha University.

Dr. Chaware completed his PhD in Sports Talent Identification amongst Rural & Tribal Children, applying innovative data clustering approaches to predict athletic ability. He earned his Bachelor’s (BPEd) and Master’s degrees (MPEd) from the prestigious Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior, with specialization in Health Sciences and Basketball.

A qualified UGC-NET Junior Research Fellow (2018, 2019, 2021), Dr. Chaware has successfully cleared various Central and State PSC competitive examinations. His basketball expertise includes representing LNIPE, Gwalior in inter-university, state, and other tournaments.
