About Ms. Apoorva Dixit

Ms. Apoorva Dixit is Teaching Cum Research Officer of the School of Physical in Rashtriya Raksha University, Lucknow campus. She had done Bachelor and Master degree (B.P.Ed-M.P.Ed) in Physical Education from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Guwahati, Assam and pursuing Ph.D. on topic “A Multiple Regression Approach for the Analysis of Biomechanical Parameters as Predictors of Spin Bowling in Cricket” from Lakshmibai National Institute Of Physical Education, Guwahati, Assam.

Ms. Dixit had represented National and All India Inter University in Cricket and also participated in east zone & All India Inter University in Softball. She also participated in state nationals in Basketball and Badminton.

Ms. Dixit had published many research articles in International and National Reputed Journals as well as participated and presented many research papers in the International and National Conferences and Seminars.

Ms. Dixit is interested in teaching and doing research in the field of the emerging trend in the physical education. Prior, joining to university Ms. Dixit has worked in university as an Assistant Professor where she had enhanced research skills. Ms. Dixit was working as a Teaching Cum Research officer presently.

Her specialization and keen interest area consists of Indoor and Outdoor Sports such as: Cricket, Basketball, softball, Football, Swimming and Badminton.

Her Theory specialization as: Physical Education, Sports Biomechanics, Sports Training, Exercise Physiology, sports management, Health Education, Teaching and developing new Research framework in the above-mentioned field.
