About Dr. Ajay Kumar

Dr. Ajay Kumar is Assistant Professor of School of International Security and Police Administration, Lucknow Campus. He has his Ph.D. degree in Police Administration with specialization on Job Satisfaction of Women Policing in Haryana, from Centre of Police Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He holds degree of Master of Arts in Police Administration from Panjab Univrsity, Chandigarh. He had done his Bachelor of Science from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He has also done his L.L.B. from Maharaj Ganga Singh University, Bikaner and L.L.M.(Criminology) from UttarakhandTechnical University, Dehradun.
Dr. Ajay Kumar has been awarded gold medal in Master of Police Administration, 2011, Centre for Police Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has also to his credit of holding first Rank in Ph.d entrance test conducted by Panjab University Chandigarh, 2011.
Dr.Ajay Kumar had published many research papers in National Reputed Journals and International Journals. He had also participated and presented many research papers in the International (Australia, Malaysia, Dubai) ,National ,Regional Conferences and Seminars.
Dr Ajay Kumar has interest in teaching and doing research in the field of the emerging trends in Police Administration. Dr. Ajay Kumar has also worked as resource person in Government College for Girl, Sector-11, Chandigarh and taught major subjects like Organization behavior, Law and Police Administration.
