More details

“The syllabus developed for the Masters programme in International Relations and Security Studies (with Language specialization) is a thoughtfully designed course providing a comprehensive understanding of complex intersections of Contemporary International Relations, Security Studies and Strategies, Political Economy, Area Studies, the making and shaping of Foreign Policies and doctrines from an Indo-centric perspective. A versatile two-year program that prepares students to pursue a wide range of careers in the field of international relations, including in national governments, think –tanks specialising in foreign and security policies, variety of IGOs and NGOs and much more. This program is also unique in the sense that it weaves foreign languages with the subject domain. There will be in-person residency sessions with the flexibility of online studies. I must commend the efforts of the University to have introduced such a comprehensive degree programme which would meet the needs of interested domestic and international students along with foreign policy watchers and strategic cognoscenti.”
