As the Founder of Jenik Engineering Services, he leads a company that provides a wide array of design solutions, helping engineering companies improve their design processes and achieve optimal results. Also since 2019, Mr. Naimesh Shethiya has served as the Managing Director of an Authorized CAD-CAM-CAE training center, Sopan Institute of Engineering & Design, Ahmedabad, where he focuses on training engineers in design software and new technologies like 3D printing and SolidWorks. His center offers high-quality training programs aimed at enhancing the careers of professionals in the field of design and manufacturing. In addition to his industry work, he has also contributed to education as a Visiting Faculty for around 2.5 years at Karnavati University in Gujarat.
