Dr. Isha currently holds the position of Teaching Cum Research Officer (TCRO) at the esteemed School of Private, Industrial, and Corporate Security Management (SPICSM) at Rashtriya Raksha University. She has been serving at Rashtriya Raksha University since August 2023 where she has consistently demonstrated dedication in her responsibilities. She is also entrusted with the additional responsibility of Vice Principal (I/c) at Raksha Shakti School, Lavad, Gandhinagar, where she contributes actively to its academic and administrative development. She has a strong educational background, having earned her M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Public Administration from Panjab University, Chandigarh, with her doctorate being conferred in 2021. She did her Ph.D. on the topic entitled “Implementation of Right to Education in Punjab – An Empirical Study”. Her dedication to research is evident through her role as a Research Assistant in two government-sponsored projects. In addition to this, she served as a Content Writer for the M.A. Political Science Course as part of the E-PG Pathshala Project, funded by the University Grants Commission (a Ministry of Human Resource Development project under NME-ICT) from October 2012 to July 2017. Her work specifically contributed to the course paper titled ‘Public Policy, Governance, and Indian Administration,’ where she delved into the topic of “Administrative Reforms in India since Independence: Committees and Commissions”. She also participated and presented papers in various national and international conferences. Notably, she had the privilege of presenting her research paper at the International Conference on Public Administration (ICPA) in 2018, hosted by the University of Electronic, Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu, P.R. China. Dr. Isha has also made valuable contributions to scholarly literature with several publications in reputable journals. With over a decade of research experience, Dr. Isha has explored various research domains, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to continuous learning.
