Mr. Singh is an advocate and has worked with Senior Advocate and Senior Judges of the Allahabad High Court. Currently, he is working as Teaching cum Research Officer in the Vice Chancellor Office at Rashtriya Raksha University, an Institution of National Importance. Mr. Singh has been contributing to the training, research, education and extension activities in the field of international maritime law. He specializes and frequently writes on coastal and maritime security law, Indo-Pacific affairs, maritime cybersecurity, polar law, international law and domestic laws. He has also represented as an Official Rapporteur, Antarctic Treaty System (ATS) for the 46th Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting (ATCM) and 26th Committee on Environmental Protection (CEP) Meeting, held in Kochi, Kerala (May 2024). Furthermore, he has participated in the 16th International Foundation for The Law of The Sea (IFLOS), Hamburg, Germany (August, 2024).
