Aneesha Johny is an Assistant Professor (Law) at the School of Criminal Law and Military Law at the RRU. Her research interests lie at the intersection of international law, refugee protection, and human rights, with a particular focus on the comparative regional analysis of South Asian and European state responses to the principle of non-refoulement. She is an active contributor to the IMISCOE PhD Network and has served as a resource person for training programmes on child rights and protection laws.
