Mr. Avinash Kharel serves as Dean (In-Charge) of Internship and Placement at Rashtriya Raksha University and is an Assistant Professor in the School of Physical Education and Sports. He has also served as Director (In-Charge) of the Arunachal Pradesh Campus of RRU. With a strong research-driven approach to athlete development, he has contributed to international research in sports science, performance enhancement, rehabilitation, women’s sports, combat sports, and recreational athletes. He has played a key role in university governance, administration, and campus development initiatives.
