Posted at Uttar Pradesh regional office of NABARD, Responsible for the implementation of projects in 2 districts and Liaoning with 5 other consultants of the state.
Extended support to consultants on the field in handling projects with 75 NGOs including approximately 22000 SHG groups, each consisting of at least 10 members.
Conducted training activities for all the levels of stakeholders of the project.
Responsible for development of teamwork plans Monitors/updates teamwork plans.
Processing and scrutinizing the claims of Implementing agencies, Junior Consultants, and any other stakeholder applicable.
Liaising and coordinating with all the stakeholders of the project and acting as one point solution to all the stakeholders of the project.
