Mr. Baldevsinh Jadav is a retired police officer with over 31 years of distinguished service in the Government of Gujarat and currently working as Subject Matter Specialist at School of Internal Security and SMART Policing (SISSP), under the aegis of Rashtriya Raksha University. Mr. Jadav completed his graduation in Commerce from H.L. College of Commerce (1989) and holds an LLB degree (2023). He is also a registered advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat. Throughout his career, Mr. Jadav served in various key positions, including Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police Inspector, and Sub-Inspector across sensitive and high-profile postings. He gained extensive experience in specialized units such as State CID Crime, Intelligence Branch, Immigration at International Airport, Western Railway Police, and city as well as rural police stations. He also held charge as Acting Superintendent of Police for over a year, supervising law enforcement in two districts. His expertise spans investigation, law enforcement operations, crowd management, community policing, intelligence gathering, and crisis response. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and man-management skills, Mr. Jadav also contributed as a State Vigilance Officer and gained administrative experience in the State Secretariat.
