Mr. Kamal Singh is a seasoned retired officer with more than 21 years of experience/ expertise in national internal security, crisis & risk management, leadership, training, administration and man management of NSG (National Security Guard) and CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) Ministry of Home Affairs, India. Currently Serving as an Assistant Director (Projects and Accreditation & Affiliation), Head Training (SISSP) at the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) play a critical role of strategic advisory on security projects, guidance on security related research, training and project development, capacity building and tactical training, policy formulation and research support, monitoring and evaluation of security initiative, coordination with security agencies, mentorship and knowledge transfer. With a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational acumen, he continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of RRU’s academic and administrative excellence. Through his visionary approach and unwavering dedication, Mr. Kamal has successfully led many result-oriented intelligence-based Counter insurgency, counter militancy & anti insurgent operations in many internal security related conflict theatres of India. Dynamic and result oriented professional with distinguished service specializing in security operations, corporate security, skilled in establishing and developing security parameter in high stake environments. Targeting in strategic security management, administration and employ relations to drive organizational excellence. During his service in the armed forces, he was awarded multiple Internal security Medals, Director General’s Disc and commendation letters.
