Prof Manish is Professor and Dean, School of International Studies, Central University of Gujarat. He was Officer on Special Duty with the National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO), Govt of India. He was also Head of the Department of International Relations, Sikkim Central University and was instrumental in setting up a Maulana Azad Centre for Northeast Studies.
