Dr. Gaurav Singh Kushwah is a Senior Assistant Director (Physical Education and Sports) of the School of Physical Education and Sports. He is currently handling the charge of Associate University Dean and Director Incharge of School of NCC and Police Martial Music Band (SNPMMB). He was former Director Incharge of School of Physical Education and Sports (SPES) and founding faculty of the school. He did his B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed., and Ph.D. in Physical Education from LNIPE, Gwalior. He was a professional tennis player for almost 10 years and was M.P. State No. 1 for 5 years. He is a Gold Medallist in M.P.Ed and has published and presented research papers in national and international conferences. Presently, four scholars are pursuing Ph.D. under his supervision and one has completed M.Phil under him.
