About Ms. Shweta Parmar

I am interested in Psychology subject because of I like to counsel people and want to know about their emotional needs. I am interested in personality and emotions of individual person. As different mind have different ideas and I like to explore that. I also worked as a Construction of Psychometric assessments and wants to develop more assessments. As my nature is kind and helpful so it is my passion to work with people and their behavior and I totally enjoy my work.

In working with different places like school, NGO and now Rashtriya Raksha University I like to work with prisoners and proud as I can help that population who is rejected by society and they need more support in Mental Health.

  • Psychometric Assessment Tool Development: As a core member constructed National Level Psychometric Assessment Tool namely “Mehrizm Aptitude test” for secondary and higher secondary student, with more than ten thousand participants across country. The test has been acknowledged twice in National Conference. (December 2017 and November 2018)
  • Co-chaired in National Conference on “Psychological Testing, Counseling and Mental Health” held from 21-22 September 2019, Dakor, Kheda.
