About Ms. Saumya Dwivedi

Research-oriented and dedicated academic with almost 7 years of diverse experience in Banking and Outreach Projects. Her area of Expertise is Positive Psychology and Positive Organization Behavior and Practices. She is also a certified HR Analyst from IIM Rohtak She has played an instrumental part in planning and executing Project AKLVYS, a pilot project, a Basic Course in Corporate Security Management and Specialised Course in Crime and Management, and Planning of Project AKLVYS 2.0, 300 hours, and 500 hours Course for Various campuses of Rashtriya Raksha University. With a commitment to solving extension needs, she has developed a strategy that has helped the University achieve the following:

  1. NABARD Consultancy Services – Junior Consultant- 2020 to 2021
    • Posted at Uttar Pradesh regional office of NABARD, Responsible for the implementation of projects in 2 districts and Liaoning with 5 other consultants of the state.
    • Extended support to consultants on the field in handling projects with 75 NGOs including approximately 22000 SHG groups, each consisting of at least 10 members.
    • Conducted training activities for all the levels of stakeholders of the project.
    • Responsible for development of teamwork plans Monitors/updates teamwork plans.
    • Processing and scrutinizing the claims of Implementing agencies, Junior Consultants, and any other stakeholder applicable.
