  1. Preparing PDF Results for Website Upload:
    • Compile and format results into PDF documents suitable for uploading on the website.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the results before publication.
  2. Generating Marksheets:
    • Generate marksheets for all programs offered.
    • Provide duplicate marksheets upon request, ensuring authenticity and accuracy.
  3. Maintaining Records for Marksheet Collection:
    • Establish and maintain a systematic record-keeping system for marksheet collection.
    • Ensure proper documentation and organization of collected marksheets.
  4. Preparing Various Documents:
    • Create different types of documents including transcripts, medium of instruction (MOI) certificates, provisional degree certificates, and other necessary certificates.
  5. Assisting in Degree Certificate Verification:
    • Assist in the verification process of degree certificates for convocation purposes.
  6. Preparing Examination Materials:
    • Prepare question paper stickers, answer book receiving stickers, answer book receiving reports, and question paper assessment orders for semester-end examinations.
    • Ensure the timely distribution and collection of examination materials.
  7. Maintaining Examination Records:
    • Maintain accurate records related to answer book assessments for semester-end examinations.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of examination records.
  8. Managing Distribution of Degree Certificates and Marksheets:
    • Maintain records regarding the distribution of degree certificates and marksheets for convocation ceremonies.
  9. Preparing Degree Register for Convocation:
    • Compile and prepare a comprehensive degree register for convocation ceremonies.
  10. Preparing NON CBCS Results:
    • Entered marks received from faculties and compiled results for NON CBCS programs.
  11. Coordinating with ICTB Team:
    • Collaborate with the ICTB team for data updates on the website.
    • Provide necessary support and information to facilitate website updates.
