About Mrs. Sapna Pal

Mrs. Sapna Pal is a Sports Training Officer in the School of Physical Education and Sports at Rashtriya Raksha University. She is a registered referee of the Kho-Kho Federation of India (KKFI), since 2016. She has completed her B.P.Ed. from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati (MDS) University, Ajmer, and her Diploma in Sports Coaching in Kho-Kho from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), Bengaluru. As a professional athlete, she started her career in the year 2006 and till 2018 she has represented Madhya Bharat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan in a total of 24 nationals in under 14, under 16, Under 19 in SGFI, Open Sub-Junior, Open Junior, Open Senior Nationals, Women’s Nationals, Federation Cup, Open West Zone Tournaments, Open North Zone Tournaments, Inter University West Zone Tournaments, and All India Inter University Tournaments.

PRIMARY ROLE: In charge of Kho-Kho Sports

  • Plans and execute kho-kho training
  • Organises and conduct the tournaments
  • Participates in the External Tournaments
  • Purchase the Sports Equipment
  • Travels with the team as coach cum manager
  • Supervises the Kho-Kho Ground and look after the maintenance
  • Takes academic classes related to Fitness Management.

SECONDARY ROLE: Administrative work

  • Raise Memorandum Obligation and Disbursement (MoD).
  • Online MoD Register Data Entry.
  • Prepare Purchase Indent.
