About Mr. Shubham Srivastava

Mr. Shubham Srivastava is an enterprising young professional, researcher, author, and academician in the field of legal studies. He is a Master of Laws (LL.M.) final examination conducted by Rashtriya Raksha University (A Central University constituted under an Act of Parliament). Cleared the UGC-NTA NET examination in the very first attempt in November 2022.

Beyond theoretical pursuits, Mr. Srivastava boasts two years of practical experience as an advocate in Uttar Pradesh (September 2019 – October 2021) followed by a stint in the corporate sector (1.5 years). This diverse background equips him with a nuanced understanding of the legal landscape.

His prolific research output is evidenced by over eight publications in peer-reviewed and UGC Care Listed journals. In April 2024, Mr. Srivastava joined Rashtriya Raksha University, further enriching the academic community.

A distinguished alumnus, Mr. Srivastava actively participated in academic and extracurricular activities during his studies. He not only represented his alma mater in National Moot Court competitions (securing the “Best Researcher” award and competition victories) but also organized academic programs and awareness initiatives. He consistently played a key role in coordinating seminars, workshops, and other student activities throughout his academic career, showcasing both intellectual prowess and leadership qualities.
