About Mr. Sayan Bandyopadhyay

Mr. Sayan Bandyopadhyay considers himself a student of life. He has a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories, assessment methods, and therapeutic interventions. He is proficient in conducting clinical interviews, administering psychometric assessments, and interpreting results to formulate accurate diagnostic impressions and treatment plans. He is skilled in delivering individual psychotherapy using various approaches, including Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), REBT, SST, ACT, DBT and other mindfulness-based interventions. He has also a trauma informed therapist who works with trauma using modalities like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EFT and Hypnotherapy. Interdisciplinary Collaborative work by nature, he has effectively worked with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care for clients. He has worked with patients with Cancer, patients undergoing dialysis, patients having chronic of Pain, respiratory issues, PCOS, Gastrointestinal problems, etc.

He has strong written and verbal communication skills. He is adept at explaining psychological concepts to both professional and non-professional audiences. He possesses a deep empathy for individuals facing psychological challenges and a commitment to providing empathetic and non-judgmental support. What sets his approach apart is the fusion of evidence-based practices from psychology and the empathy that underpins his interactions.

As a trainer and educator he firmly believes that every individual’s growth potential is limitless, and his purpose is to be the partner in realizing that potential.
