About Mr. Nimesh Dave:

Mr Dave is a seasoned administrator having more than 15+ years of diverse experience into sales, admin, entrepreneurship and working with academic Institutes. Prior to RRU, Mr Dave has worked with premier law institute like GNLU for more than 7 years. He joined RRU in 2020 and led the Internship & Placement section of the university. Within 2 years of joining, he achieved notable statistics for the placement of the university.

Mr Dave & his team have planned and executed the Pilot Project AKLVYS (Amrit KaushaL Vikas Yojana – Suraksharth) in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Project AKLVYS is a pilot outreach project initiated by the Internship & Placement branch of Rashtriya Raksha University. This trainee-centric and placement-linked training initiative is a strategically designed unarmed security training programme that aims to motivate the youths (Primarily from the Rural/Tribal/ Red Corridors of Indian Constituency/ Economically Weaker Section/Deprived Section/Underprivileged section) with minimum educational qualification of 10th passed aspirants to realign their focus toward national security and make them employable in the security domain. Under project AKLVYS, the university has trained 980+ youth and provided employment to more than 600 of them.

Mr Dave is keen on working for social welfare and upliftment of underprivileged and marginalised sections of society. He is looking forward to conceptualise, prepare and implement several projects touching various aspects of national security for the upliftment of youth and other social segments.
