About Mr. Malem Laishram

Mr. Malem Laishram is a committed Training, Internship & Placement Officer, currently working at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Pasighat Campus, Arunachal Pradesh. He specializes in coordinating campus recruitment, designing skill development programs, and building strong industry-academia linkages to enhance student employability.

He previously served at Mewar University, Rajasthan as TPO, where he led major placement initiatives and organise events such as the Mega Job Fair and the Udaipur HR Fraternity Meet, and facilitated internships for both foreign students and those under the JKSSS scholarship scheme.

Coming from an academic background with a MA Education from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Bachelor’s degree from DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, Mr. Laishram blends educational insight with practical experience in career services.

With strong expertise in corporate outreach, soft skills training, and student mentoring, he remains focused on guiding students towards successful career paths in today’s competitive job market.
