About Mr. Bishnu Pada Nandi

He is a professional and qualified Dog Trainer cum Instructor from National Training Centre for Dogs, BSF Academy (Takenpur, M.P), with more than thirty years’ of experience on the ground and have always proved my abilities to my best. A Gold medallist and specialist in various kinds of Dog Training, seeking the opportunity to utilize my skills to the best of the organization.

He worked with Border Security Force as Dog Trainer cum Instructor during June 1985 –October 1997. In these tenure, HE have trained 45 dogs with States police and central force, conducted all forms of Dog training such as Explosive, Narcotics and Tracker, Guard and Patrolling Dog Training etc. and He have also served at Parliament House(Delhi) for six months along with dogs. He also worked with Essar Steel India Ltd-Hazira in Gujarat and West coast Frozen Food pvt.ltd. in Olpad-Gujarat.

Experience

1. June 1985 –October 1997
Border Security Force (As Dog Trainer cum Instructor – Gold Medallist) India

In these tenure, I have trained 45 dogs with States police and central force.
Conducted all forms of Dog training such as Explosive, Narcotics and Tracker, Guard and Patrolling Dog Training etc.
I have headed five critical criminal cases which were successfully solved by me.
In 1989, in a joint operation with Army, caught two Pakistani terrorists at India-Pakistan border in Punjab, thus saving the nation from a huge attack.
I have also served at Parliament House(Delhi) for six months along with dogs.

2. November 1997 – December 2015
Essar Steel India Ltd Hazira, Gujarat

Joined Essar in the year 1997 in non-management level and established Dog kennel with initially 2 dogs and a caretaker. Based on my training skills and efficiencies in Dog handling the kennel gradually had 14 dogs of all breeds and age along with 20 handlers who were trained for security purpose required both in Plant as we all in residential areas.
Many among the handlers are now independently working as private Dog trainer in their respective cities.
In 2001, I got promoted to become Officer.
I have been successful in dealing with theft cases both in factory as well as residential area and also have been rewarded for the same.
In 2004, I was designated the post of Senior Officer. During this time, I have attended many criminal cases along with Surat Police force.
In 2009, I became Deputy Manager and worked till December 2015 in Essar.

3. February-2016 – July 2019
West coast frozen food Pvt ltd, (As Security Manager) Olpad, Gujarat

In 2016, joined Westcoast frozen Food Pvt Ltd. As Security Manager. Under me, 4 security Officers and 30 security agency guards worked.
The entire security infrastructure and security operations were managed by me.
