About Mr. Animesh Jain

Mr. Animesh Kumar Jain is currently working as a Research Officer at SPES, RRU Gandhinagar Campus (Gujarat). He is currently pursuing a PhD from Swarnim Gujarat Sports University, Gandhinagar, and has completed his MPED with a Medal from Sports University. He qualified for NET with JRF (MANF) in 2020 and also cleared GSET in 2019.

Mr. Jain is interested in teaching the Physical Education & Sports Science subjects and doing research on the college students where key research areas are eating behavior, obesity, sleep quality and physical activity status.

His keen interest area is Exercise Physiology, Sports Training, Yogic science, Fitness and wellness. He is a hard working, sincere and enthusiastic person who always looks forward to improving skills and qualifications so he can work to the highest standards possible in his role.

  • Incharge – Human Performance Laboratory.
  • Providing Operational and administrative support to Research managers.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Write reports to summarize data.
  • Updating records and data.
  • Maintaining HPL stock register & visitors sheet.
  • Briefing to guests and visitors about the Human performance lab.
  • Teaching Health and Fitness Management – theory as well as practical classes.
