About Mr. Ajaykumar Datt

Mr. Ajaykumar Datt currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at the School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations (SBSFI), Rashtriya Raksha University in Lavad, Gujarat. Within this role, he provides supervision to M. Phil. Clinical Psychology trainees. Mr. Datt holds an M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology degree accredited by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), attained from the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the Department of Psychology at Gujarat University. His professional training in Clinical Psychology includes stints at GMERS Medical College & Civil Hospital in Gandhinagar and the Hospital for Mental Health in Ahmedabad.

  • Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology (December 2023 to Present) Working at School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigation (SBSFI), Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Providing supervision and lectures to M. Phil. Clinical Psychologist Trainees. Also, associated with research projects and other additional duties.
  • Psychologist (January 2022 to November 2023) Worked at “Pandit Deendayal Energy University”, (Formerly PDPU) (Gandhinagar, Gujarat). Provided Psychotherapy and Psychological Assessments to students and staff who has mental health related concerns. Conducting outreach events to spread an awareness about mental health and emotional concerns.
  • Consultant Clinical Psychologist (January 2021 to January 2022) Worked with Human Care Mental Health and Rehabilitation Center (Ahmedabad) and collaborated with Shanti Neuropsychiatric and Sexology Clinic (Ahmedabad), MindU Health, Psychologia connect and other online mental health platforms. Conducted detailed psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
