About Dr. Harshil Mehta

Dr. Harshil Mehta is Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Administration from Department of Social Sciences, School of Liberal studies (SLS), Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat in May, 2021. His title of research is: “Aftermath of 26/11 Mumbai Attacks: Role of Mumbai Police & Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) (Mumbai Unit)”. He is a double M.A. (in Police Administration and Public Administration)

He is Awarded by “Certificate of Commitment” by the “World Book of Records, London (WBR)” for the dedicated & relentless commitment for promoting safety against COVID-19 pandemic and to guide best prevention of COVID as specified by the World Health Organization (WHO)and “Certificate of appreciation” as MISSION FATEH WARRIOR for exemplary efforts in combating the COVID-19 virus and discharging duties as a responsible citizen. He is also worked and associated as a Gujarat state Coordinator for 2 years with Delhi based independent & non-partisan think tank “Global Counter Terrorism Council (GCTC)” and promoted quality research, collaboration, organizedvarious conferences, conclaves, seminars, roundtables on issues of Counter Terrorism, Internal security, Strategic affairs, Cyber security. He is associated and member of “Veterans India Foundation”, New Delhi and participated in “Kargil Parakram Parade-2019”. Dr. Mehta was invited as a Delegate and he interected with the H’oneble Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh at “Counter Terrorism Conferernce-2018” on 14-16 March, 2018 which was organized by Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D), Ministry of Home Affairs (Government of India), in association with India Foundation, Government of Haryana &, Gurugram, Haryana. Dr. Mehta has been invited as a delegate and attended “The Raisina Dialogue-2019” organized by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India; India’s premier and flagship conference on geopolitical and geoeconomics in New Delhi.
