About Dr. Deepender Singh
Dr. Deepender Singh is Assistant Professor of the School of Physical Education and Sports; He had done his dual degree (B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed) in Physical Education from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior, M.P. and completed Ph.D. under UGC NET- JRF & SRF Scholarship from Amity University Uttar Pradesh.
Dr. Singh had represented National and All India Inter University in Power lifting and also participated State & National in Athletics also having certified Yoga trainer from Kaivalyadham Lonavala, Maharashtra and also having certificate in Lifesaving and first aid course.
Dr. Singh had published a Book (Methods of Physical Education) and also Published many research articles in International and National Reputed Journals ( Like : Scopus, Web of Science and UGC Care. as well as participated and presented many research papers in the International and National Conferences and Seminars. Dr. Singh had also organized various National workshops.
Dr. Singh had Published a Patent (on Cricket Equipment) and also one Copy Right on Fitness Program.
Dr. Singh is interested in teaching and doing research in the field of the emerging trend in the physical education. Dr. Singh had worked with a start-up known as, will sensational yoga for two years, where he worked as yoga instructor. Dr. Singh had worked in the school as a P.G.T. teacher. Dr. Singh has also worked in the various universities as a sports officer and lastly landed in the teaching where he had enhanced research skills. Prior, joining to university Dr. Singh was working as an Assistant Professor and presently, two scholars are pursuing his Ph.D. under his co- supervision.
His specialization and keen interest area consists of Indoor and Outdoor Sports such as: Fitness, Yoga, Football, Swimming and Badminton.
And in Theory such as: Physical Education, Sports Training, Exercise Physiology, sports management, Teaching and developing new Research framework in the above-mentioned field.
