About Dr. Chintan Patel

Dr. Chintan Patel is currently working with University of Sheffield, UK as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Adjunct Faculty in SITAICS at RRU, Lavad, India. Before moving for Postdoc, Dr. Patel was working as an Assistant Professor in SITAICS at RRU. Dr. Patel was a full-time scholar and teaching assistant with PDEU, Gandhinagar between 2017 to 2021. Dr. Patel had also worked as an Assistant Professor in Marwadi Education Foundation, Rajkot for 4.1 years. An active academician, Dr. Patel is also an active researcher. He has published more than 6 reputed journal papers and a total of 15 Scopus entries including more than 10 conferences. His key area of research lies with IoT Security and Authentication among IoT devices. Dr. Patel has published his research in journals such as IEEE Transactions on computers and authored a book with very well-known publishers like CRC Press of Taylor and Francis group. Mr. Patel is an active member of IEEE and ACM.
