The Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare is dedicated to ensuring the seamless transition of ex-servicemen and retiring service personnel into civilian life, collaborating with the Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR). The DGR under the Ministry of Defence is responsible for providing training to ex-servicemen through various Government/Semi-Government Institutes and other reputed institutions. In this context, the Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR) has partnered with the School of Private, Industrial & Corporate Security Management (SPICSM) to offer specialized training programs to retiring service personnel. Our commitment lies in enhancing the skills and capabilities of retiring service personnel, offering tailored training to meet the evolving demands of the corporate and industrial sectors. Our focus extends beyond merely equipping ex-servicemen with additional skills; we also strive to facilitate their successful resettlement into fulfilling second careers. With a strong emphasis on personalized support and guidance, we endeavour to empower our veterans to thrive in their civilian lives beyond their military service.
