About Comdt Devansh Trivedi, TM (Retd.)

Comdt Devansh Trivedi has served with the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) for over 30 years and has served on various ships and units across the nation. He is a Gunnery & Missiles specialist and a qualified hovercraft pilot. He has commanded an Inshore Patrol Vessel, a Hovercraft Squadron, Chain of Static Sensors unit of Coastal Surveillance Network and a Central Store Depot of the ICG. He has been part of various conflict and Search & Rescue operations and for international assistance by the ICG to littoral countries for HADR and goodwill. He has undergone training deputation at United States Coast Guard Training Centre, Yorktown for Seaport Security and Antiterrorism program.

Academic Qualification:
  • MSc in Naval Weapons from Faculty of Technology, Cochin University of Science and Technology
  • BSc in Biochemistry from Gujarat University (St Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad)

  • Tatrakshak Medal (TM) for meritorious service by the Hon’ble President of India in 2016
